Vision Statement

We desire to be a spiritual community: serving God, growing into Christ in all aspects of life, and living out our faith in the Triune God, together pursuing Biblical Christian living in its fullness, influencing the community of Blaine and beyond toward faith in Jesus Christ.

"We are to grow up in all aspects into Him, who is the head, even Christ from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love."

Ephesians 4:15-16 NASB

Our Associations

Blaine Christian Fellowship (BCF) began as a church plant of Life Church White Rock (LCWR; formerly White Rock Christian Fellowship), Surrey, B.C.  BCF remains in close fellowship with LCWR and all the LCWR church plants.

Blaine Christian Fellowship is a member of the National Association of Evangelicals.

We are also an active member of the Peace Arch Christian Ministerial Association.

We are working on a fellowship network with churches in the United States.

Statement of Faith

We believe in...

  1. The divine inspiration of the Scripture, and its trustworthiness and truthfulness, and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
  2. One God, the creator of heaven and earth, eternally existing as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  3. The sovereignty and grace of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in creation, providence, revelation, redemption, and final judgment.
  4. Jesus Christ the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, very God and very man.
  5. The creation, test and fall of man, his total spiritual depravity and inability to attain divine righteousness.
  6. That Jesus Christ died for our sins, that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the  Scripture
  7. The substitutionary death of Christ as the sole ground of our salvation
  8. The ordinance of water baptism of believers.
  9. The ordinance of the Lord’s Supper for believers.
  10. The baptism with the Holy Spirit.
  11. The operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
  12. The eternal life of the believer.
  13. The one universal church, the body of Jesus Christ, and her local expressions, local churches.
  14. The reality and personality of Satan.
  15. The bodily ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ to heaven, His enthronement, and His personal and visible return to His church.
We also embrace both the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed as documents to summarize the orthodoxy of Christian faith.
